Return & Refund Policy

At Selah & Seed, we want you to love and feel confident in every piece you purchase. We carefully select and create garments with quality, craftsmanship and intentionality in mind.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind provided that:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging remain attached and intact.

  • The item has not been washed, altered, damaged, stained or exposed to perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke or other substances.

  • The item is returned in suitable condition for resale.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@selahandseed.com and provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs of the item where applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or otherwise returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Sale items and promotional items may be subject to specific return conditions stated at the time of purchase. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.

How to Return an Item

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. Selah & Seed is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us where the return is not due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Where an exchange is not available, we may process the return and refund in accordance with this policy.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

Any customs duties, taxes or other import charges paid on an international order may not be refundable by Selah & Seed.
